Maxwell Elementary PTA

Do you speak, read and write another language besides English or have a friend who does? If so, the English as a Second Language office at Fayette County Public Schools is looking for interpreters and translators to assist with school meetings and some student assessments. Interpreters will be provided a contract and paid an hourly rate upon completion of a volunteer application online with the Human Resources Department.  This position is very part-time and interpreters requested are based on the first language of the parents and students. Proficiency in speaking, listening, reading and writing in both English and another language are important.
