Maxwell Elementary PTA

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Maxwell Elementary PTA.  Our goal for this year is at least 1 PTA Member per child.  Parents, guardians, grandparents, friends, etc. can all join and support the school.  Membership is easy; just fill out the form below, attach the $6 membership fee per person (check or money order made payable to Maxwell PTA) and return to your homeroom teacher.    You will receive your membership card(s) once your membership is processed.  The class with the most members by Sept. 17 will be eligible for a pizza party.

Also, we encourage you to check below to volunteer and to join the Maxwell PTA Yahoo Group email list which will help you stay in touch with all the happenings at Maxwell.  Again, thank you for investing in the future of our children!
