In
order to facilitate communication among families and between the PTA and
families, we are asking all families to submit their information.
Please include all students in your family enrolled in the Spanish
Immersion Program (K-12). Families with two households can submit
information for both addresses on separate forms.
Families
have the opportunity to opt-out of the printed directory and the PTA
email announcement list. We would appreciate all families joining the
email list as we are trying to be more environmentally friendly and
reduce our paper use.
Even
if you do not want to participate in either of these, please submit the
form so that you may be contacted by homeroom parents and/or event
coordinators if you are interested in volunteering. Information will
not be posted online.
All

print directory if you choose to be in the directory.
