Ways to Get Involved at Maxwell
One of the most meaningful ways we support our wonderful school—our faculty, staff, and students—is through volunteering on our PTA committees. Sign up to serve on one of our committees here
Our committees include:
Fundraising – supports our annual Fun Run and other fundraising efforts (EXTRA SUPPORT NEEDED - PRIZE DAY VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR)
Programming – organizes Art Night, STEM Night, and Taste of Maxwell
Hospitality – provides teacher appreciation luncheons and courtesy cart treats
Beautification – maintains our school garden and campus improvement projects
Reflections – leads the National PTA arts program, “What My Culture Means to Me,” encouraging students to express their cultural identity through the arts
Room Parent (K–5) – serves as a vital link between classroom and home, assisting teachers, coordinating class events, and supporting communication with families (separate sign-up link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0A4DAEAC2CAAFCC34-64866307-20262027)
